Angela Spease endorsed by retired County Supervisor Jimmie Yee
September 17, 2018
Elk Grove, CA – Local small businesswoman and community leader Angela Spease has earned the endorsement of former Sacramento mayor and retired Sacramento County Supervisor Jimmie Yee in her campaign for SMUD Board of Directors.
When asked about his endorsement, Jimmie stated: “I have known Angela for many years. She has shown nothing but true passion for serving her community and for helping others. We would be lucky to have such a kind-hearted, hardworking representative like Angela working for us on the SMUD Board.”
Angela’s work throughout the community primarily revolves around her work as a dedicated Rotarian, where she serves as Assistant Governor for the greater Sacramento region and Executive Director for the Rotary District Youth Leadership Awards Program. Angela’s lifelong commitment to serving the community will be the basis for her platform for SMUD Board, where she intends on being a strong advocate for Sacramento County’s hardworking ratepayers.
In addition to her community involvement, Angela and her husband own and operate two local businesses: ISSE Services and Spease Bees Honey Company.
The Spease Campaign will be holding a volunteer walk event this Saturday, September 22nd from 1pm to 4pm. Volunteers will be meeting at 8153 Elk Grove Blvd #20. If you are able to attend, please RSVP to AngelaSpease4SMUD@gmail.com
